1. 0.5% free spare parts corresponding to each order value, spare parts will be sent together with the order.
2. 1 year warranty for main spare parts, such as PCB board, power supply board, motors, laser diodes etc. which can be repaired. For defective spare parts, customers send back to us to repair and we will send back together with next order, customers also can bring the defective spare parts to us when we meet at any latest lighting show to save delivery cost.
3. If products happen problem and customers can not judge which parts lead to the problem, can send us the problem videos, our engineers will help to find out the reason and offer the solution.
4. Man made defective are not in free guarantee, all man made or over warranty defective will happen some reasonable repair cost.
